Very cool vintage piece from Hoya of Japan. The plate is 10 in diameter.

Very thick, especially in the center where the frosted ice shows the clear water breaking through. Marked on the bottom with the Hoya label as well as Made in Japan. No chips, cracks or flea bites. Some scratches on the bottom. Please review the pictures closely as they are part of the description.
